Reporting Child Abuse/Neglect
If the child or adult is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local police department.
To make an Adult Protection Report, please call the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center at 844-880-1574, 24 hours/7 days a week.
To make a Child Protection Report of physical or sexual abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child on Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., please call Western Prairie Human Services at 800-291-2827 and ask for the intake worker. You can also complete the child protection form and submit via email to intake@westernprairiemn.us.
