Information and Referral Services
Intake workers answer phone calls and meet with the general public to provide information regarding any and /or all services available to address identified needs.
The intake social worker will provide information regarding any/all services available to address identified needs. Individuals needing agency services will meet with our intake social worker to complete an application for services.
Individuals with questions about community resources may contact an intake worker by telephone or in person (See links below for specific contact information). Referrals may be made to outside agencies, if appropriate.
The social worker is also available to explain the reporting statutes, answer any questions regarding agency practices and services, and discuss other resources and strategies for a family to utilize. All Child Protection reports are received by the intake social worker.
