The Civil Process
The Civil Process Division of the Oakridge County Sheriff’s Office provide a service for individuals, attorneys, and courts to have legal papers served within the Oakridge County area.
Deputies can be tasked with serving of common court documents, such as:
- Subpoenas
- Summonses
- Judicial Orders
- Writs and Levies
- Protection or Harassment Restraining Orders
- Complaints, Petitions or Notices
Civil Process Deputies also perform Sheriff Sales of foreclosed mortgages, executions of property (taking possession thereof after a judicial order), mechanics’ liens, and other lien or property sales.
Our office requires an instructional sheet or cover letter to accompany all paperwork to be served. Please contact the sheriff’s department to get a template.
Fees:

The Oakridge County Sheriff”s Office accepts personal checks, money orders and cash.
